Er. Diapnkar Mukhopadhyay has been a member of SAEA, WB for several years, finally superannuated on 31.08.2023. He hold the portfolio of General Secretary of SAEA, WB also. A felicitation programme has been organised by SAEA, WB at WRDD (HQ) on 31.08.2023 where Memento, Flower Bouquet, Wrist Watch etc. as tokens of appreciation were presented to him by Departmental Engineers.
